Dominique Owens has spent more than 15 years leading people, operations, and guest experiences across luxury hotels, gaming, food and beverage, events, and hospitality management.
His career has included responsibility for large teams, complex event operations, high-volume service environments, financial performance, and the systems required to deliver consistently under pressure.
That operational background is the foundation of FAIF Enterprises. Dominique approaches entrepreneurship with the same expectations he brings to executive leadership: understand the objective, build the right structure, communicate clearly, and execute at a high standard.
